On your delivery date, you’ll receive a box of 8-10 items for your kiddo and we’ll also pick up kids clothes, toys, and books you’re ready to pass along to another family.

Each box contains 8-10 gently-loved clothes that match your kid’s size and style. We’ll also mix in a few books and toys for extra fun.
What kind of quality can I expect?
Our Relovable team hand inspects each gently-loved item to ensure it meets our quality standards. All items are pre-washed, free from stains or tears, and ready to be re-loved.
How often do I get a box?
You choose a delivery frequency that fits your family needs. You can cancel anytime.
How is the box delivered?
One of our Relovable team members will hand deliver a reusable, weather-resistant box directly to your doorstep. The frequency of your delivery will depend on the plan you select. You can adjust your frequency at any time.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is $24.99 per delivery and you choose how often your Relovable box is delivered. The cost covers packing, styling and the delivery fee and when you do the math that’s less than $3/item.
Is there any additional cost for the items? How long can I keep my items?
There is no additional cost for the items in the box. They are included in your service plan. Once you receive a Relovable box, the items inside are now yours.
How do I update my kiddo size and payment info?
Send us a text at 206-309-6120 or email us at customersupport@relovable.com and we’ll make sure your kiddo’s info is updated.
What’s my commitment?
No long term commitments. We’re here for however long you need us. Cancel anytime.
This sounds too good to be true. How do you offer quality clothing so inexpensively?
Between the ages of 0-5 kids triple in size and double in weight - that’s a heck of a lot of growing! Often, kids grow so quickly their clothes are still in great shape by the time they’ve outgrown them. Our goal is to find a home where these outgrown clothes can be reloved. We believe in providing affordable and sustainable options for families, so we only charge for operational costs, not for the clothes themselves.
Do you have an option to donate kiddo items and not sign up for a box?
Yes we do! Simply text “PICKUP” to 206-309-6120 to schedule a convenient time. Pick up services are free and you can rest assured your items will be re-loved by another local family.
